This year I feel like time is going by so quickly, so I am a little anxious that I won't get everything done before Christmas eve. Especially being back to work. Easy Apple Crumble

 This classic Fall dessert can not be easier to make. The intoxicating smell will have your tummy rumbling. Served with vanilla ice cream, you'll be in dessert heaven. Jump to Recipe With the days getting shorter and the sun setting at 4:30, the family has been prepping for hibernation, or so it seems. We are all ravenous, and craving comfort food and dessert. When dessert come in play, the simpler the better. While I love baking, I also love simple desserts I can make day of the week. Apple crumble has always been one of those desserts. The hardest part is peeling the apples. Once peeled and sliced, this apple crumble comes together in a snap. I usually throw my apple crumble in the oven, while before we sit down for dinner.
