 Happy Easter everyone!! We were lucky enough to go visit my parents for Easter. But before we left, I hosted an Easter lunch at work. Customers could purchase a plate of ham, mashed potatoes, asparagus and dessert for $9.99. While everyone enjoyed the meal, I was left with quite a bit of ham, which I froze to use up in the coming months.
